We’re proud to be leading the reconstruction of a 150-year-old Fitzroy home, a highly complex and deeply rewarding project that blends heritage preservation with forward-thinking construction.
This home presented serious structural challenges from the start: significant rising damp, compromised foundations, shared party walls, and a collapsed front veranda that required immediate emergency works. Following careful demolition and site stabilisation, we moved swiftly into the framing stage, completing the transition from demolition to structure in just six weeks.
With the site now made safe, we’re rebuilding this residence from the ground up, a complete transformation designed to honour its original charm while delivering the comfort and integrity of modern living. Every stage, from structural rebuild to refined finishes, is guided by craftsmanship, precision, and an unwavering attention to detail.
