Having started as a carpenter myself, I’ve got deep respect for what happens onsite. We work in every kind of weather, problem-solve in real time, and rely on each other to keep things moving safely and efficiently. You can’t deliver quality without teamwork, and you can’t lead a project well if you don’t value the people doing the work.
